Service Description
Do to the increased volume of new clients I had to implement a New Client Consultation, Hair Assessment & Style Appointment. This consultation and assessment is very in-depth as we will go over your hair history, your current hair maintenance and styling, the styling products and tools you use at home along with your desired hair goals. Next I will shampoo your hair and perform a treatment plan that will vary depending on your hair needs and the goals. The treatment may include a scalp detox, deep conditioner treatment, steam or color / treatment, moisture treatment, hydration treatment and or a combination of all. Once the treatment is completed I will then have to blow dry your hair straight to assess the hair (in some cases I will have to flat iron to assess the hair). Please note I understand how traumatic cutting your hair can be as there are scissor happy stylist, but I am not one of them. Remember, I specialize in Healthy Hair which will require hair cuts when needed. With that being said, you have the right to decline the flat iron or blow out, however this will end your appointment and I will not be able to provide you with an actual assessment or recommendation. After your hair is stretched out by either blow dry or flat iron I will discuss the damage with you (as well as show you) and then proceed with the cut/trim 0f your hair (how much removal will vary depending on the amount of damage). After the cut/trim we will discuss the plan to get your hair on track as well as my recommendations for at-home care. The hair regimen plan is a set of maintenance routines you agree to abide by to ensure you reach the ultimate goal of healthy hair. Please note that this is a commitment and it will require regular in the salon service and at-home maintenance. Lastly, this service comes with a wealth of knowledge around scalp, hair product and tools so its an investment. This booking requirements full payment up front even if you decide not to completed the service. If you decide to end the service the amount paid will not to forwarded to another first time consultation. - Tiffany
Cancellation Policy
A 15 minute grace period allowed, however you must make contact with me regarding your delay or your appointment will be cancelled. No deposit refunds. A one time reschedule to avoid losing deposit with proper 3 day notice.
